EXCHANGES

All US Clients can exchange an In-Stock Ring up to 60 days after purchase at no cost*. Contact us for a return shipping label (RMA) with the form below. We do have to limit this benefit to 1 free exchange. If you would like to exchange a 2nd time we can do so by sending you an invoice of $20 for the shipping costs.

All International Clients can exchange an In-Stock Ring up to 60 days after purchase but they must cover the cost of shipping both ways.

All US Clients and International Clients can exchange a Made to Order Ring for 20% of the retail value of the ring. After 6 months from delivered date you can receive a free resizing of your Made to Order Ring.

RETURNS

All US Clients can return an In-Stock Ring up to 30 days after delivered date and a 20% restocking fee per ring applies.

  • Engraved rings are not eligible to be returned because we cannot re-sell them.
  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You may not exchange your metal ring for a silicone band in an attempt to circumvent the restocking fee. We will exchange and apply the 20% restocking fee to the remainder of the refund.
  • Use the contact form below to request an exchange or refund and receive your return shipping label. Please note that if you’ve exchanged for a different size and then request to return a $20 shipping fee per exchange will be deducted from the return in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
  • International Clients must cover the cost of return shipping in addition to the 20% restocking fee

All US Clients and International Clients may not return or receive a refund for a Made to Order Ring after 3 business days from the date of order because this ring will begin the first stage of production and we are crafting this ring specifically for you. We do not maintain inventory on these styles due to the high cost of production. All Made to Order Rings are final sale.

What's My Size?

Order the Band & Vow Ring Sizer on our homepage for the most accurate sizing. Keep in mind during the manufacturing process each size is not crafted precisely the same. There can be a margin of error of +\- 1mm. If you’ve already purchased a ring and need a different size use this as a guide: 

LOOSE?

  • If the ring is loose and you shake your hand with your fingers pointing towards the floor does the ring stay above your knuckle? If yes, order a half size down i.e. 9 down to an 8.5.

  • If you do the same thing and the ring passes your knuckle you will need to go down 1 size minimum. We recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized by a professional if the ring has little or no resistance with your knuckle. We have to get this exchange right the first time to avoid having to charge you the shipping for a second exchange.

TIGHT?

  • If the ring can get past your knuckle but feels too tight or it feels like it’s cutting the circulation off to your finger ever so slightly go a half size up and it should solve the problem i.e. 9 up to a 9.5.

  • If the ring can’t get past your knuckle or you can get it past your knuckle but it's significantly cutting off the circulation to your finger then we need to measure your finger again and we highly recommend using our Band & Vow Ring Sizer or visiting your local jeweler to be sized by a professional. Contact us for a free ring sizer if you've already made a purchase.

    SIZING TIPS

  • Don’t measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. A cold finger shrinks while a hot finger expands causing an inaccurate reading.

  • If you are between two sizes, always go with the larger one.

  • When measuring do not use strings because they tend to stretch, which can result in a wrong size.

  • If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, you may need to go up a half size.

  • If you are purchasing a wide band (10mm+), you will be more comfortable moving up a half size from your measurement.

 


When Exchanging

These steps will help you to avoid the 25% damage fee:

1. Clean your ring to make sure it is in unworn and salable condition.

2. Pack the ring in the original ring box. If it’s lost that’s okay just send it back in any old ring box to avoid damage during shipping*.

3. Remove all previous mailing labels from the outside of the package and attach new mailing label.

4. Take your package to be delivered and retain receipt*. New ring will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of the original ring during normal processing times.

*Rings must be returned in clean, unworn, salable condition. Damaged rings will be charged a 25% damage fee per ring in addition to the 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for the lost or stolen packages or the shipping company’s damage. Save the receipt to protect yourself.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS AFTER 30/60 DAYS:

We cannot accept returns for refund beyond 30 days from your original delivered date. We cannot accept exchanges after 60 days from your original delivered date.


When Returning

CONTACT US TO RECEIVE SHIPPING LABEL:

  1. Please include the RMA slip inside the package and then attach the mailing label to the outside of the package. Please pack the ring in a padded envelope* and tape the shipping label well.

  2. US Returns please take package to the company on your mailing label. International Returns please take to your preferred shipping vendor (we recommend DHL). You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  3. Be sure to note the tracking number just in case you need to reference it or file a dispute with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  4. Once your ring has been received, we will process your refund within 7 business days and it will be deposited into your bank approximately 2-3 business days after that. A 20% restocking fee per ring will be deducted from your refund. Engraved rings are non-refundable. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

*All rings being returned or exchanged must be unworn, scratch-free, and able to be resold. If there is damage we reserve the right to assess a fee for the damage equivalent to 25% of the sales price in addition to the 20% restocking fee per ring. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or the shipping company’s damage. Save the receipt to protect yourself.
